Hugging Face presenterar Real World VoiceEQ, ett nytt sätt att mäta kvaliteten på röst-AI.
Istället för bara att räkna ordfel och mäta hastighet, fokuserar det på hur naturligt AI:n låter i verkliga samtal — om den kan förstå tonfall, känsla och osäkerhet. Systemet har testats på över 40 röst-AI-modeller med hjälp av mer än en miljon bedömningar från riktiga människor. Resultaten visar att dagens röst-AI ofta är bättre på att tala än att lyssna, och att ingen modell är bäst på allt — någon är bra på precision, en annan på naturlighet.
Humans naturally use these cues to infer confidence, uncertainty, frustration, sarcasm, and empathy. Today's models often miss them.
