Common questions

The plugin does not appear

Ask the operator for the reviewed local or private Git marketplace source. Confirm that Codex shows the intended installed version, restart the desktop app and use a new conversation. The Account pilot is not installed from the public plugin directory.

I cannot connect

Confirm that the operator admitted your verified account and that you currently belong to a published project. Review browser consent. If you cancel, the requested action stops; retry the connection only when you choose to.

My project is missing

Account tools show only published projects in which your connected account is a current member, within the operator's pilot scope. An unpublished draft or public creator attribution does not grant access.

My change did not save

The panel preview stays local until you explicitly save; discarding the draft removes it. If a save conflicts or its result is uncertain, read the current project before trying again. Approved English text must be reviewed together with the original before saving.

My image did not appear

An upload ticket alone does not add an image. A direct upload needs local file access and a separate HTTPS transfer. If your client cannot send a file, use the website-editor handoff and check the saved image there.

A claim, proposal or measurement request is pending

Claims require verification or review, new project proposals enter moderation, and measurement requests join an admin queue. The plugin does not approve a claim, publish a proposal or start a scan immediately.

A private report is missing

Private Baskollen findings are available only for permitted published member projects when a report exists. Do not include the findings in a routine support message; send only a short error code and the public project link if one exists.
