Why I built it
The idea for KioskApp came when I was working in the ski club's kiosk. Adding up the amounts was unnecessarily complicated, and the children found it hard to help. We also had to keep track of how much we sold of certain products using pen and paper.
I built KioskApp to make it easier for everyone to work in the kiosk, including the children. Purchases are totalled automatically and sales statistics are collected straight away, giving the club a clearer picture and letting those of us helping out focus on the customers.
