The story behind Global Data Tracker
Why I built it
Global Data Tracker brings published country statistics into one free interface for browsing profiles, comparing countries and following historical trends.
How it's built
The original build took about 6 hours and was almost entirely AI-written. I used OpenAI Codex with Next.js, React, TypeScript and Three.js. I am becoming technical as I build the project. The site distinguishes annual World Bank observations from labeled animated estimates.
