I'd promised to sort out a website for Salong Solgården, and it was a perfect real project to test AI building on. Instead of getting stuck in WordPress, themes and plugins, I could fairly quickly build something that actually felt like the salon.
I built the site with AI as a development partner and worked a lot from how it would feel to a real customer on a phone. It isn't a hugely technical product, and that's almost the point: AI let me spend more time on content and feel.
Not over-building it. When you vibe code it's easy to get ten new ideas all the time, but a local salon really just needs to be clear, personal and make it very easy to understand what's on offer and how to book.
Mostly to keep improving what actually helps the customers. Better content, local visibility and small improvements, rather than turning it into some giant platform just because I could.
